Meet the Designer

Charlie Ray is the lead designer at The Green Room in Scottsdale, AZ. His love for nature and plants stretches back to childhood. Growing up he was inspired and influenced by his parents with a passion for nature and gardening. Throughout school his focus was architecture and fine art. Blending the two with garden design seemed to be the perfect fit which led to The Green Room opening in 2005. "I look at garden and landscape design like living artwork. Nature constantly amazes me with its sculptural and unique forms." Charlie draws from his architecture and design background to analyze the project and blends the living environment with the built environment. His passion is to inspire clients throughout the design process and create wonderful lasting relationships.
